fixed:

控制面板->管理工具->计算机管理->本地用户和组->用户->lian456 ， 右击属性 ->隶属于->添加->高级->立即查找->ora_dba,一直确定。

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

fixed:

startup open fjgs
